My path has been one of alchemization, moving from punishment to nourishment, from disconnection to deep trust. Through cycle syncing, I’ve healed generational womb trauma, regulated my hormones, strengthened my body and mind, and cultivated a self-love I never knew was possible.
This is the heart of PRIMAL: a remembering of our innate power, and an invitation to rise rooted, regulated, and fully alive.
I spent years pushing my body to extremes: overtraining, under eating, and using substances as a way to escape what lived beneath the surface. It wasn’t until I nearly lost my life to an overdose that I understood how sacred it is to be alive, and how deeply purpose lives in the body (especially the womb).
Through movement, plant medicine, and cycle awareness, I learned to work with my body instead of against it. I turned to Mother Earth for support, trusting she carried the medicine I needed. From this healing, The Herbal Ascension and PRIMAL were born.

We guide women and menstruating bodies back to their innate wisdom by decolonizing the way we approach our cycles, our bodies, and our relationship to the Earth ; bridging ancient knowing to modern life. Through cycle-aligned education, herbal medicine, holistic practice, and the power of sisterhood, we help you recalibrate to your body's natural cadence and step into your most authentic alignment.
For too long, women have been dismissed, disconnected, and taught to override the very intelligence that lives inside them. This work begins where that ends. Symptoms become messengers. Disconnection becomes embodiment. And the cyclical wisdom we reclaim here does not stay contained, it ripples outward, through bloodlines and generations, back to our most primal instincts, forward into a legacy of holistic living for every generation that follows.
