PRIMAL

The Program

Healing shaped around you.

Primal is a cycle-aligned coaching platform offering personalized 1:1 and community-based support for women ready to stop managing their bodies and start understanding them. We work at the intersection of herbal medicine, hormone-supportive nutrition, functional movement, and cyclical education — weaving them into one living, breathing practice built entirely around you.

Every tier/offering includes hormone consulting, personalized training, nutritional guidance, meal planning, weekly yoga, monthly community calls, herbal support, and access to the Primal Library.

Primal exists to reclaim the menstrual cycle as sacred intelligence, not as a burden to manage or a mystery to solve, but as a source of wisdom, guidance, power, and embodied knowing that has always lived within you.

We guide women and menstruating bodies back to their innate wisdom by decolonizing the way we approach our cycles, our bodies, and our relationship to the Earth ; bridging ancient knowing to modern life. Through cycle-aligned education, herbal medicine, holistic practice, and the power of sisterhood, we help you recalibrate to your body's natural cadence and step into your most authentic alignment.

For too long, women have been dismissed, disconnected, and taught to override the very intelligence that lives inside them. This work begins where that ends. Symptoms become messengers. Disconnection becomes embodiment. And the cyclical wisdom we reclaim here does not stay contained, it ripples outward, through bloodlines and generations, back to our most primal instincts, forward into a legacy of holistic living for every generation that follows.

WHAT HAS SHIFTED FOR YOU SINCE STARTING THIS PROGRAM?

“I MADE THESE NEW HABITS MY NEW NORMAL”

-Adriana

“I’m getting strong girl like these workouts that you have are amazing. I loved having full body workouts to start. I feel like with cycle syncing I feel stronger in my body and then also performing better when I do things at the gym. I think its a combination of easing my body into building that mind to muscle connection. I just feel really in tune with my movement and its really naturally becoming a a part of my daily practice which I literally could not have said that last year.”
